However, this video will critique his review of the Book of Revelation from a update-to-date perspective based on what the Holy Spirit is showing and teaching us today.
so recently alan parker produced a video about the book of revelation covering from beginning to end problem is that there's a lot of topics in the book of revelation that he was wrong about and i believe he is incorrect about and the reason why not to question his intent is because that allen power along with a lot of other christians subscribed to a more traditional point of view around the book of revelation more scholarly institutional perspective around the book of revelation the thing about it is that's based on the traditions of men versus what the holy spirit is showing and teaching us today updating us around the book of revelation or prophecy just like jesus updated israel around the books of the old testament and prophecy about him so i want to cover some of these topics that ellen power went over and to be able to give you a more edified and more hopefully to edify you edify him and others so we can all follow the holy spirit who is our teacher showing and updating us today

so what i want to do is cover allen parr's review on his commentary of the book of revelation as he broke it up into different segments there's certain parts of his review that we're going to touch on and those segments we're going to dissect and so we can understand that to be fair this is not to question uh brother ellen parr's character this is not to judge his heart or say he's a false prophet or teacher none of that stuff this is nothing to do with him as a leading christian leader in the uh in the online social media community space because he is doing a lot to draw people to jesus christ so this is not to cast judgment on him as or his character as trying to serve jesus christ this is only a critique of the book of his book of revelation commentary because i find that in this space it's nothing more than regurgitated traditional information being hashed over and regurgitated over and over and over and over and over again without applying what the holy spirit is showing us today and giving us updated information today as it relates to the book of revelation so i wanted to be able to touch on specific topics that he covered so we can then go to scripture see what we see with our own eyes and then come to a conclusion and be edified by because remember prophecy per revelation 13 verse 4 3 or 4 or revelation chapter 14 verse 3 and 4 tells us that prophecy is for edification comfort and excitation okay so that's what i wanted to be able to do a lot of the times i find also that in this space of prophecy in the book of revelation there are clicks there are so many clicks there's the pre-trip clip the post trip clip the mid-trip clip pre-millennium trip the the the post-millennial trip there's the there's just so many clicks there's the scholars click there's my click there's so many clicks that there's no agreement and that is not by accident consider this folks satan's demise in god's playbook in satan's playbook also lays it lays out in the book of revelation how things will end it will be satan's intent and methodology to make sure that as that time approaches where the events of the book of revelation start to unfold he will make sure the the body of christ is so fractured in in so um in disagreements that there's no consensus on anything so that when this stuff starts to happen most folks are so oblivious to what's going on that's happening right before their eyes because they're so divided into in the in the information and in the topics of the book of revelation so he's able to do whatever it is that he's going to do to make sure so many people are not aware of the sciences at times so that they can be prepared for jesus second coming because that's what the book of revelation is all about here but like i said this is nothing new let's go to scripture and just show you an example how even people in jesus time was confused as to is this the christ or not he's fulfilling prophecy right before our eyes but maybe he's not the christ so you could just see that even in jesus time as he brought clarity to prophecy as it relates to him that was written in the old testament people in israel were still confused as maybe he's not the christ after over and over and over again with their own eyes they saw what their own eyes what god was fulfilling right before them and yet they still were divided just like how we are today and that was not by accident because god is not the author of confusion let's take a look at this so we call the scripture in john chapter 7 verse 25 we see now some of them from jerusalem said is this not he whom they seek to kill and they're talking about here the the uh is this not he jesus who they the pharisees the sadducees the same hedron the religious leaders who wanted to kill jesus and now the group the public who jesus is performing these miracles and who jesus is speaking to are speaking now about him so the public is saying is this not he whom they seek to kill but look he speaks boldly and they say nothing to him do these rulers now know indeed that this is truly the christ who however and watch this so now the p the public are saying do these rulers know indeed that this is truly the christ so the public is starting to get the sense that yes jesus is the christ but the rulers haven't confirmed it because they want to kill them but certainly they wouldn't kill the christ if they know that was him so you can see that the public's starting to seek awareness that wait a minute this person who's doing these things that never been done before this got to be the christ but wait a minute the rulers haven't confirmed it just like how we see today we see today that the holy spirit is showing us with our own eyes prophecy happening over and over again and we're seeing it yet because the rulers the pastors the institutionalists the the theologians the scholars all of the leaders of the the christian uh christianity in america rather they have not confirmed what the holy spirit is showing and as a result people are confused people are just confused with what they're seeing and what's not being said just like how we see in scripture where they're like wait a minute is this not the christ but the rulers haven't confirmed it because they want to kill him so maybe he's not but who else has done with this who else has done what he has done no one now watch this going back to scripture verse 27 the public says however we know where this man is from but when the christ comes no one knows where he is from so you see even there that the people are aware of prophecy saying that wait a minute we know where this man is from he's from down the street he's he's he's uh uh uh uh mary's boy you know he's joseph's boy we know him we know his family and sisters and brothers we know him and yet they're like but wait a minute but when it comes to prophecy prophecy says we won't know where he's from so you can see that they were aware of prophecy but when jesus came into the picture jesus was able to elaborate on prophecy through the understanding of the holy spirit speaking to the people and say to them that yes you know where i'm from in human terms i'm mary's boy for you understand that do you understand where i'm from or from a human cardinal perspective but you don't but simultaneously you don't know where i'm from because i'm from heaven no one none of you are from there so you don't know where i'm from because you're not from heaven to know where i'm from so simultaneously he's fulfilling prophecy right before their eyes and yet they can't connect it to they can't reconcile the two just like today and that's why there's so much confusion disagreements and sometimes contentions and camps when it comes to the topic of the book of revelation you find people who cannot reconcile with what god is showing us now today as we speak and then what the scripture says in scholars not validating and what scholars are not confirming and what theologians are not affirming because the people look to man as opposed to looking to god and what they're seeing with their own eyes just like in the scriptures so let's take a look at what brother allen said recently about the particular topic of the book of revelation and i want to elaborate and bring something to your awareness watch this so allah made a video called understand the book of revelation in 60 minutes he outlines the book of revelation he goes about explaining the book of revelation he even created a timeline here to explain the book of revelation which we will chop up and we will go over because there's a lot to really it's actually not a lot but there is important points to this again this is old wine this is old wine that is being given to people because the opposed who drink all the wine says the old is better they don't want new wine that the holy spirit has given us um as we speak but anyway so this is a timeline he um presented with his uh outline and now here's what i want to bring to a point and this is a topic on the purpose his topic the purpose of the book of revelation so let's take a listen this is the revelation of jesus christ which god gave him to show his servants the things that must soon take place he made it known by sending his angel to his servant john now understand that essentially the word revelation is
which basically means an unveiling or a revealing or a covering uncovering rather okay so this is god pulling back the curtain and unveiling and uncovering certain things what things three things that we need to look at the purpose of revelation number one is to reveal the person of jesus christ listen this book is all about jesus it's about jesus so in this book we see a clear picture of who jesus is but not only is the purpose of this book to reveal the person of jesus christ but the power of jesus christ see when jesus came the first time as a lamb to be slaughtered to give his life for our sins we didn't see we saw his power through his miracles but now we see the power of jesus as he as he administers the justice of god so we see the person of christ we see the power of christ but more specifically than anywhere in scripture we see the program or the plan of jesus christ god is going to outline and lay out for us in vivid detail the program and plan of jesus christ so that my friends is the purpose of the book of revelation here we go okay did you see that he's talking about the purpose of the book of revelation is to reveal jesus christ revealing jesus christ so he makes it very clear that we're talking the book of revelations to reveal jesus power jesus plan jesus purpose jesus is revealing jesus is to reveal reveal reveal jesus right no disagreement there i don't disagree with him there but now watch this this is what blows my mind when you go and read the second thessalonians it talks about when the anti about the antichrist it says that he will also be revealed people say wait a second what do you say the book of revelation talks about the revealing of jesus christ but we already know who jesus is so we can know who a person is prior to the revealing but when it comes to the antichrist in 2nd thessalonians it mentions how he would be revealed the top the scholars institutionalist and the leaders and rulers christian leaders and rulers of today makes a case that there's no way for anyone to know who the antichrist is until he's revealed but wait a second applying the word of god that gave us the word revealed in context to the christ we're able to know who christ was prior to his revealing but when applying that same precedent that god has given us applying it to the antichrist we're not able to know who the antichrist is so this is what i'm saying guys when you apply what god has given us in the context of someone being revealed god's word has given us revealed in the concepts of christ that in the book of revelation christ will be revealed therefore however prior to christ being revealed we know who he is where he's from his lineage ancestry genealogy his heritage ethnicity location i mean his birthplace prior to him being revealed we know who he is applying that same precedent that god has given us for the antichrist regarding second thessalonians about him being revealed the scholars that's the thessaloni and the scholars the the the institutionalist the the the leader the rulers of christianity today say there's no way for anyone to know who the antichrist is only except when he's revealed problem is that god has already given us the president to know that we can because it's christ we know who christ is prior to his revealing weakness crisis prior to his revealing let's take a look at scripture and see what it says see this is what we're talking about here in luke chapter 17 verse 30. we see where jesus is talking about that his return would be like the days of noah his return would be like the days of lot now look what he says in verse 30 even so will it be in the day when the son of man is revealed so we see as jesus is saying that in the days in which he will be revealed would be like noah which we like days a lot it would be like when his return when he's revealed but when you go to second thessalonians we also read how it says let no one deceive you for any means that they will not come unless the following way comes first and the man of sin is revealed when the antichrist is revealed who's called the son of perdition who opposes and exhausts himself above all that is called god that is worship and that he sits in the temple of god showing that himself that he is god but however when you see what jesus has said already how he was revealed but we know who he is prior to his revealing we see also with the book we see with second thessalonians this man and sinner will be revealed so why is it that god now look at this god is consistent he's not he's not inconsistent we see that with jesus we know who jesus is prior to his revealing we know where he is from we know his ancestry his lineage his his uh birthplace his nationality we know about him prior to his revealing and likewise here's the antichrist and about he's going to be revealed as well he's going to have a revealing and yet the common consensus today with christians and the leaders of christianity and the topics of eschatology and prophecy is that there's no way for anyone to know who the antichrist will be until he's revealed that's inconsistent with what god has already showed us yes you can know who the antichrist will be prior to his revealing because jesus has already showed us that and that's the problem that i have with this particular topic when it comes to the book of revelation and the antichrist and that he won't be revealed you won't know who he is until he's revealed and because we see that we can god set the precedent god set the standard that standard is you can't know who he is talking about prior to his revealing and as it applies to christ and as applies to the antichrist because the revealing means a global public awareness that's what revealed that as jesus will be revealed on a global stage just like how the antichrist would be revealed on a global stage but prior to that you can know who he is prior to that in the small pocket of the world that they wherever it is they got the antichrist in in this case we know princess son been to allah jordan just like it was a small little place in israel and in this case it was jesus christ of nazareth and that's why we need to look at princess son ben's love jordan this is the one that we know where he is from he's jonathan he's from jordan he's from he's a jordanian we know his ancestry he's a descendant of the of the hashemite kingdom of jordan he's the descendant of the prophet muhammad he's the uh 42nd descendant of the prophet muhammad just like he's the just like jesus was the 42nd senate of the prophet abraham we see that the prince hassan ben's law feats all the criteria for the antichrist and we know who he is but he will have a moment where he will be revealed just like jesus had a moment or will have a moment where he will be revealed prior to that moment we know who the christ is just like how prior to his revealing we know who the antichrist will be and that's princess son and to jordan so
