now in order to get value from reading the book of Revelation you have to understand the timeline if you don't understand the timeline of the Book of Revelation none of it will really make sense or connect if you think it's just a bunch of stories pulled out a thin air or John just made some things up pulling this from the Old Testament from the Old Testament and make the story up you're not going to understand it you have to understand this is prophecy and I'm going to show you the timeline in the two-part Series so you can understand where we are or where we were where we are where we're going and really taking the context the full measure of the Book of Revelation so you can get value from reading it if you don't understand the timeline it won't make sense so this is what we're going to do in this two-part series is understand the timing of the Book of Revelation so let's go okay so first we have the timeline and we're going to go up to Jesus and then we're going to do part two after that but we know about Adam and Eve and we see that Adam and Eve was created by God In the Garden of Eden then Earth again once apply then after that we see that during Genesis 6 the following just came down and breeded with humans created these race of giants that became so violent the Earth became violent and was very simple old God called Noah his wife his kids his sons and his son's wives to then get into the ark into every animal so he can save a human race so if you want to think about a god-saved human race so but see that after the flood where the waters came down and come from above and below Godfather here put the Ark on a mountain and air rat in Turkey in which then land in which his sons went to go multiply the Earth again then we find that in the story of Abraham we see that Abram was actually an Iraqi God called an Iraqi named Abram to leave his Lane and go to the land of Canaan where he will make them a thought make him a father in Many Nations checking changing his name from Abram to ABRA ham after that we see that Abraham being old and he's like I don't know I'm gonna get but look I was like I'm God it's gonna be hard for me like watch this so for Abraham actually had a son named Isaac and Isaac had a son named Jacob Jacob had 12 sons and those Sons then migrated in the sons began to multiply and due to a famine the the Hebrews moved into Egypt because one of the sons Joseph was the second command of Egypt and which was God's will sad story but the Hebrews began to multiply in Egypt in the Egyptians and the Pharaoh of that time got really worried he was like yo too many of you guys over here feeling really uncomfortable so let's do this let's make them slaves that wasn't really a bad idea after that happened the Hebrews became slaves to Egyptians and then one of them which was a prince oh God who one of the Pharaohs adopted they because the princess found him in a little Nile and a little baby casket uh was Moses I just grew up he then went and murdered one of these Egyptians and fled Egypt like peace I'm out of here but he goes to this place called Mount Sinai which is in Saudi Arabia presently in Saudi Arabia a Bible calls it Arabia testified by um Paul but anyway God calls him up to the burning bush and which we get into the story of Exodus where we find that Moses is called by God to go back to Egypt tell Pharaoh let my people go or it's on so we're going to do 10 signs and let the people go then the people left out of Egypt Moses led the people out of Egypt following God through the pillar cloud in the day and a pillar of Fire by night going through the Red Sea let him back to the South tolerate him back to Atlanta Cannon and that's where we get the Exodus story but here's the most important thing of all about the Exodus story is that we see that when Moses went back to uh South Mount Sinai to worship God and bring two million Hebrews back with him God himself created The Ten Commandments and God put the told Moses to put the Ten Commandments in this contraption called the Ark of the Covenant the Arkham Covenant is covered in pure gold with two cherubs overlooking the murder with also called the mercy scene inside the emergency there's the Ten Commandments and this is what you might call the Throne of David that Jesus one who returns was sitting on then God told him to make this place called The Tabernacle the Tabernacle be a center place for all the Hebrews to center around and which will be a place where they will worship God and he'll be by they'll be led by the priests or the high priest which is Aaron and his brother who was his brother and his and Aaron and the Levites would then do these rituals and Priestly duties and you have this place where it's called the holies the holy place and the holy of holies and you will see these rituals of the sacrifice and the blood we're going to alter in which God would pass his Mercy over the people of Israel and then put the put his his wrath on the animal to take the the Wrath basically it's foreshadowing Jesus Christ as Jesus Christ took the sins of mankind and passed his mercy and salvation onto US redeeming us but putting us putting his wrath in his judgment on Jesus and then Jesus being the sacrificial lamb for our sins so then we have the story where they're going to the era of Judges so they're having uh the citizens become judges and rulers over Israel but then they're like we want a king all these nations around here have Kings why can't we have a king so I think God raised up a person named Saul and then we have Israel becoming a monarchy but Saul was like you know I'm getting to this witchcraft thing I'm going to take this witch and see look I didn't know what what to do I need I'm so worried I I start doing things I'm supposed to do which is actually supposed to be for the priest to do but hey I'm guys don't know anyone I'm doing anyway the guy took that Crown away from him gave it to David David remember the story killed Goliath and then later David becomes king of Israel so he's thinking that now we're in the era where Israel is a monarchy we see that David has the name Solomon Solomon is the wisest one no one will ever be wiser than him before or after him he had more than anybody could ever ever have but then we see that that Arctic Covenant that I told you about Solomon has led back out to then create a temple in this Temple which is called the first temple they put this Ark of the Covenant in that Temple now this is the thing that's going to come later on in Book of Revelation but this is where I want you to know the Inception of it that this Temple is the first temple where the Arctic cup that goes in same princy Duty same ritual same sacrificial uh lamb and then we see the blood covering the sins of Israel same thing but this is a place where God can dwell in the whole world comes here even I believe one from Ethiopia goes there Queen of Sheba or Ethiopia goes there and to see Mom foreign
spirit is the best of the best no other temple in the world has never been decorated like that ever since uh before or after and again this is the place of the holy holies and this is the holy place and you have the priests and all the rituals surrounding it but then here's what happened Solomon married so many women trying to keep treaties with all these nations that he actually has hard started being drawn away from God and we start doing these rituals and worshiping other gods and it just became horrible to God separated and split the monarchy into two kingdoms nor the kingdom Southern Kingdom so we have the Kingdom of Israel in the north and we have Judah in the South so we see that this is where the king split where we have the divided Kingdom and since then God then raised up King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon as judgment against Israel because of their Disobedience and when God raised them raised them up he then conquered Israel which is called the Babylonian Siege where we see that goes takes Israel back to Israel back to Babylon as a captive so they have the Captivity even familiar with the story of The Book of Daniel that was during the Captivity ERA King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream from God which he didn't understand in one of these Hebrews that he took captive named Daniel could interpret the dream so King Nebuchadnezzar saw a statue of a head gold silver waist bronze legs of iron and feet of iron and clay and Daniel is like look if someone don't tell me this they've been executed and Daniel was like oh I spare their lives the god of Israel can interpret this dream and he tells them hey look King Nebuchadnezzar that head you saw is the kingdom of Babylon and all the other other elements other kingdoms are going to take over the subsequent kingdoms after that so he goes on to say the kingdom of gold is the kingdom of Babylon which will be conquered by the kingdom of silver which is interpreted be the needs and Persians or the Persian Empire the Persian Empire be conquered by the Greeks led by Alexander the Great but Alexander the Great representing the bronze ways would be killed and he will be his kingdom was split into four kingdoms which would come two kingdoms which will become one Kingdom which we call the Roman Empire the Roman Empire is where we go into the story of Jesus because remember Jesus is the one that came into the era of the Roman Empire he didn't come into those other eras he came into the Roman Empire now what we find about Jesus birth is so important to understand when it comes to prophecy and that's what you got to take away folks prophecy can happen in any order God see fit it doesn't have to happen in order you say it has to happen it happens in the order God says and that's what I mean in Matthew 2 the prophecy later related to when Jesus was born you have Jeremiah's prophecy that he said first that prophecy actually was fulfilled last Hosea said second happened second second but when Makaya the last one of the last books of Old Testament that what he prophesied happened first so you see that prophecy can happen in any order and see fits in fact if you think about all the prophecies related to Messiah they didn't happen in order they were all over the place so that's the most important thing but we see Jesus enters into the story uh the Messiah comes in the area of the Roman Empire he starts his ministry at 30. he's condemned he's he's crucified he dies he resurrect and the Judgment that Jesus set towards Israel calls the Roman Empire to take the temple treasure from the second temple because Jesus judged Israel for them not knowing the time they were in and so Jesus condemned him he judged them for them not knowing that the Messiah was in their midst and so he said the whole your house is left desolate and that second temple that was built was destroyed by the Romans no stone was left on there just as Jesus said and it wasn't you can even see the brown the smoke soot from the uh the Romans burning this place and throwing those Boulders over the edge and then we find that the Jews then scattered across the world and they went to Exile everywhere including John one of the disciples now John the Baptist John one of the disciples who was exiled to Pat most and that's where we will stop so you can see the timeline from Genesis to when John was exiled to Patmos and we then start the Book of Revelation so I covered it from beginning to end I hope you know I covered it from beginning to middle so I really hope since then you give me a thumbs up thanks for watching don't lose hope and remember Jesus is coming
